Patrick Braswell joined Colliers International in 2004. Mr. Braswell specializes in the representation of tenants, throughout Metro Atlanta and globally, dealing with all aspects of their commercial real estate needs.

Mr. Braswell has negotiated over one hundred and sixteen (116) lease transactions, and has been recognized as a Member of the Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club (over $5,000,000.00 in volume) throughout his career. He was also awarded the company’s Enthusiasm Award for 2004 and the Originating MCA Award in 2006. In addition, Mr. Braswell has completed twenty five (25) multi-city lease transactions within Colliers International Offices.

Mr. Braswell is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors. He enjoys coaching at NYO youth baseball and basketball organization, and is a member at Buckhead Church, where he leads a small group men’s bible study. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, and basketball. Mr. Braswell and his wife reside in Buckhead.
