  • Distribute Revised RFP to Short List Candidates
Weeks 9-10
  • Create & Compare Property Partition Plans
  • Perform Quantitative/Qualitative Analysis of RFP Responses
  • Conduct Final Tours & Short List
  • Select Property Finalists
Weeks 11-13
  • Commence Business Point Negotiations
