Another Downtown Atlanta Office Building sold at Foreclosure Auction
40 Marietta Street, home of the Atlanta HUD office, was sold at a foreclosure auction for 7 million dollars. Richard Bowers & Co. owned the office building, and couldn’t refinance the loan.
