According to Costar.com, First Option Mortgage has expanded its office space at Galleria 400, and signed a lease for 24,875 RSF. First Option Mortgage has leased space within Galleria 400 for 5 years now, and signed the sublease agreement to meet its expansion needs. This is good news for Atlanta’s Northwest office market that has seen 90,000 Square Feet of negative absorption year-to-date.
