One of the biggest questions on the minds of every landlord and tenant is, when will the Office Market turnaround?  For the landlords, the bigger questions is “when can I start to increase rental rates and not give as many concessions as I am right now”?  For the tenants, the question is “how long can I wait to make a decision before the market turns against me”?  The National Association of Realtors trys to answer those questions in the link below.  The quick answer:  The NAR cheif economists doesn’t see any sort of meaningful recovery until the second half of 2010.  So, landlords need to keep giving out those concessions to attract and keep tenants, and tenants can expect to still see some great deals until late 2010….  Or at least that is what the experts say.
