AssuranceAmerica, a property and casualty insurance company to the non-standard private automobile segment, has renewed their office lease with RiverEdge One office building located in Atlanta’s Northwest Office Market.  Guy Millner, a former US Senator, is the CEO and Chairman of the Board for AssuranceAmerica.  This is a big win for RiverEdge One, who is leased and managed by Barry Real Estate Company, because AssuranceAmerica occupies 30% of the building, and had been actively looking in the office market for alternative locations.
