Autotrader signs Letter of Intent to lease estimated 250,000 Square Feet of Office Space
The AJC.com has reported that Autotrader has signed a Letter of Intent that would move its corporate headquarters a half mile down the road to 3003 Perimeter Summit located in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter Office Market. A spokesman for Autotrader has confirmed that the online autodealer has signed a Letter of Intent to lease office space at 3003 Perimeter Summit, but would not confirm the amount of square footage it would be leasing. Rumors on the street have suggested that Autotrader has been in the market looking for 250,000 Square Feet for a new HQ location. Even though, a signed Letter of Intent is a good indication that Autotrader will be moving to 3003 Perimeter Summit, a lease has not been signed. Until a lease is signed, the deal is not final.
