One of Peachtree Center’s oldest office tenants has signed a letter of intent to relocate their law office to 191 Peachtree St.  Hall Booth Smith & Slover intends to relocate their office space to 191 Peachtree, and will now begin the lease negotiations to move their office from Peachtree Center.  191 Peachtree is one of, if not, the signature tower in Downtown Atlanta’s skyline and was the former home of Atlanta’s largest law firm, King & Spalding.  Hall Booth Smith & Slover will be moving within the Downtown Atlanta Office Market, and is proud to be working towards a lease with an Atlanta Commercial Real Estate owner in Cousins Properties.  Hall Booth Smith & Slover is currently in 33,000 Square Feet at Peachtree Center, and at this time it is unclear as to the amount of Square Footage they have a letter of intent on at 191 Peachtree.
