Tishman Speyer’s Two Alliance Center recently signed Turner Construction to a 10 year 30,000 square foot lease; bring the building’s occupancy rate up close to 40%. In an office submarket that continues to face some real challenges with being overbuilt. Two Alliance Center has proven that it can win the big deals with the signing of Marsh, and now Turner Construction.
