Warranty Holdings Leases 24,000 RSF at the Dupree Building
Warranty Holdings has signed a lease to move its Headquarters from Uniondale, New York to Atlanta, Georgia. The company will occupy its 24,000 Square Feet of office space next month. The Dupree Building, located in the Northwest Office Market, is owned managed by the local Atlanta developer Carter USA. With Warranty Holdings moving into its new HQ, it brings the occupancy rate of the Dupree Building to 83%.
