If you read the papers, especially when it comes to Atlanta’s Buckhead Office Market, you might think that the world is about to end when it comes to investing in commercial real estate.  However, the two “commercial real estate market experts” on CNBC last Thursday would disagree with the press, and feel that CRE is coming back.  See the video below:
