Best High Class Office Space Leasing Opportunity in Downtown Atlanta
I’m going to start off today’s blog with a personal story, so please bear with me…. The building that I am going to highlight today is the reason that I am in commercial real estate. Since this building was first completed in early 90’s, I’ve wanted to get to the top of it to see the views of the city. In fact, when I was a sophomore in High School I was visiting Downtown Atlanta on a field trip and I left the rest of the class on a mission to get to the top of this office building. Unfortunately, my mission failed when I got pass security and on the elevator only to be stopped by an attorney that worked in the building. I can only assume that it was a King and Spalding attorney, and not only did I get to see the views; I got detention for a week. But from that point going forward, I’ve always wanted to get to the top of the building. Fast forward many years later and a 24 year old Patrick Braswell is about to make a career change. I asked myself a simple question – ‘How can I get to see all of the great views in these office buildings without getting kicked out?’ The simple answer…. Represent the tenants that are looking to move into these buildings.
Thank you for indulging me with my personal reflection. So, without further ado, The Best High Class Office Space Leasing Opportunity in Downtown Atlanta, in my humble opinion, is none other then 191 Peachtree. This building is probably the nicest building is all of Atlanta. During the good times in commercial real estate, 191 Peachtree was achieving rents in the low to mid $30’s / Square Foot. Now a tenant can lease space in this iconic building for around $25.00 / Square Foot. This rental rate still puts you on the high end in Downtown Atlanta, but it is a tremendous value for the type of building that is 191. Maybe one day I’ll be able to convince my boss to move our company to move into it….. Until that day, if you are looking for office space in Downtown Atlanta; then do yourself a favor and take a tour of 191 Peachtree.
