Kilpatrick Stockton Renews 206,140 SF in Atlanta’s Midtown Office Market
This announcement is about to be one of many for larger law firms here in the Atlanta Office Market. Below is a list of “larger” law firms that either are in the market right now looking for new office space or have just signed office leases.

The interesting point to make about each of these law firms is that their current leases expire either 2011, 2012 or 2013. However, they have chosen to explore the market right now because of the deals that are available today.
