MOSatlanta.com – My First Project
Over two and a half years ago I decided that internet leads where the wave of the future for commercial real estate. That all CEO’s would start looking for brokers on-line and would magically find my website, MOSatlanta.com. So what happened?
Well, if you were to google Office Space Atlanta or Atlanta Office Space you will find MOSatlanta.com at the top of the 1st page of Google. I got there by paying an SEO company and by blogging everyday for a year straight. Now, I blog on the site once a quarter, no longer pay the SEO company, but because of all of the content I built up the 1st year, I’m still on page 1.
Now back to the question I’m sure every broker is asking themselves…. Did it work? Yes and No. Do I get leads from MOSatlanta.com? Yes. I typically close about 5 – 7 office deals a year from the leads. However, most of these are referrals to Regus, in which, I take the lead, email it to Regus and they close the deal with a check in hand back to me. FYI – It is not a lot of money. However, last year I close a $1.5 Million Dollar lease from a lead, and this year I closed a $250,000 lease from a MOSatlanta.com lead. So, maybe my theory was off by a few years, but I believe that as my generation gets into more positions of power within companies. The quality of leads coming from MOSatlanta.com will improve.
